**Source Coffee, LLC Shipping Policy**

We are a small family business roasting fresh specialty coffee in Grapevine, Texas and serving our Keller café — rebuilding with purpose to grow the **Source Dynasty Trust** and **Source Sovereign Network**. Thank you for being part of our journey.

**Where We Ship**  
We currently ship to all 50 United States and U.S. territories only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

**Processing Time**  
All coffee is roasted to order and shipped whole bean for freshness and quality.
- Standard orders: 1–2 business days to process and hand off to the carrier.  
- Subscription orders: Roasted on or just before your scheduled ship day.  

**Shipping Methods & Costs**  
We use reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) through Shopify Shipping.  
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen speed.  
- Free shipping thresholds will be shown clearly at checkout.  

**Estimated Delivery Times**  
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after handover to carrier (varies by location).  
- Expedited options available at checkout where offered.

**Tracking**  
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Track directly through the link provided.

**Perishable Nature of Coffee**  
Our roasted coffee is at its best within the freshness window built into our process. Roasting to order within our 1-2 day processing window, coupled with ground shipping timeframes ensure your beans arrive at peak freshness.

**Damaged or Lost Shipments**  
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at **contact@sourcecafe.us** within 48 hours.  
- For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve. We may replace or refund at our discretion once the carrier confirms loss.

**Changes to Shipping Address**  
You may update your address in your account before the order ships. Once handed to the carrier, changes may not be possible.
