Welcome to SourceCoffee.us and SourceCafe.us (the “Site”), operated by **Source Coffee, LLC** (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a family-owned Texas limited liability company based in Grapevine, Texas and feeding into the **Source Dynasty Trust** and **Source Sovereign Network**.

By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

**1. Orders & Products**  
We offer freshly roasted specialty coffee from our Grapevine, Texas hub. All orders are subject to acceptance. We ship only within the United States and its territories.

**2. Shipping**  
Title and risk pass to you when the carrier takes possession.

**3. Intellectual Property**  
All branding, including our circuit-coffee emblem, “One Honest Cup at a Time,” **Source Dynasty Trust**, and **Source Sovereign Network** belongs to Source Coffee, LLC / Source Sovereign Holdings, LLC.

**4. Limitation of Liability**  
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the items. Roasted coffee is perishable.

**5. Governing Law**  
Texas law governs. Disputes resolved in Tarrant County, Texas courts.
