Cancellation policy

**Source Coffee, LLC Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy**

We are a small family business in Grapevine, Texas, roasting and shipping fresh specialty coffee to build generational wealth through the **Source Dynasty Trust** and **Source Sovereign Network**. Thank you for supporting our rise.

**Available Purchase Options**  
- One-time purchases (whole bean, ground, merchandise)  
- Subscription deliveries (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) — receive fresh-roasted coffee on your schedule with convenience.

All subscriptions are managed through your customer account on SourceCoffee.us.

**How Subscriptions Work**  
- You choose your roast, frequency, and quantity at checkout.  
- Your card is charged on the same day each billing cycle.  
- You can modify quantity, frequency, roast, or shipping address anytime before the next billing date.  
- We roast and ship fresh for every subscription order — no long-term commitments.

**Cancellation / Pause Policy**  
To cancel or pause your subscription:  
1. Log into your account at SourceCoffee.us  
2. Go to **Account → Subscriptions** (or “Manage Subscriptions”)  
3. Select the subscription and choose **Cancel** or **Pause**  

You can do this at any time.  
- **Cancellation** takes effect after the current billing period ends (you will receive any already-paid shipment).  
- **Pause** holds your subscription for up to 3 months (or as allowed by the system) and then resumes automatically.  

We do **not** process cancellations over email or phone to ensure accuracy and security. If you have technical trouble accessing your account, email us at contact@sourcecafe.us and we will help you log in.

**Refunds on Subscriptions**  
- Refunds follow our standard **Refund & Return Policy** (unopened/sealed bags only, within 14 days of delivery).  
- Prepaid subscription credits are non-refundable but can be applied to future one-time purchases or transferred if you request.  
- If we ever need to cancel a subscription due to supply issues, you will receive a full refund for the unused portion.

**Changes to This Policy**  
We may update this policy as our family operation grows. Continued use of subscriptions after changes constitutes acceptance.

We truly appreciate every subscription — it helps us rebuild stronger and one day expand the **Source Sovereign Network** to more families across the country.
